Mr. Orders is the owner of Orders Counseling, LLC.  Mr. Orders is licensed at the independent level in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.  Mr. Orders specializes in insight-oriented psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and couples. For the past 15 years Mr. Orders has focused on mental health, mental health sports performance, and substance abuse issues assisting organizations and individuals.  Mr. Orders has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in EAP services from University of Maryland at Baltimore, a certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the Washington Center for Psychoanalysis, and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) certification under the Department of Transportation (DOT).  Currently Mr. Orders is in-training to be a psychoanalyst at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy + Psychoanalysis.

Ms. Baralis is a Licensed Psychology Associate in Maryland with over 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Ms. Baralis holds a Master’s degree in School Psychology from Queens College and she is currently pursuing my Doctorate in School-Community Psychology at Hofstra University. Ms. Baralis’ practice is exclusively telehealth-based, allowing her to offer convenient, evidence-based therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client. Ms. Baralis specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has experience in addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and adjustment difficulties. Ms. Baralis’ approach is both compassionate and structured, aiming to empower children, adolescents, and young adults with the tools they need to overcome challenges and achieve emotional well-being. Ms. Baralis is dedicated to providing a supportive therapeutic environment that fosters growth and resilience.

Danielle Larkins, NCC, LGPC

Ms. Larkins graduated with a Masters in Community Counseling from The George Washington University. Her love for the mental health field began in college, where she received a Bachelor's in Psychology from Furman University. Ms. Larkins has experience working with adults, including college students primarily in the areas of anxiety, depression, and work-related stress. Her internship at The Green Door broadened her skill set as she counseled individuals with severe mental illness and comorbid substance use disorders. After graduating, she worked at Inova's Employee Assistance Program where she assisted those with family, relationship, and work stressors. She believes in a collaborative and non-judgmental approach to help deepen her clients' understanding of self, as well as help them develop the appropriate tools to cope and manage their psychological pain and symptoms.

Sara So, LCPC

Ms. So currently has a full case load and will not be accepting new clients at this time.

Ms. So is a licensed psychotherapist in Maryland specializing in providing insight oriented, psychodynamic counseling to adolescents and adults. Her work is grounded in a historical understanding of the client and utilizes both depth and evidence-based practices. Ms. So focuses on trauma (PTSD), transpersonal, and contemplative domains in transformative work. Her approach is suitable to life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, mood disorders, sense of self issues, and crisis of meaning. Additionally, Ms. So has studied Pastoral Counseling and specialized in integrating spirituality into traditional psychotherapy, whether it be a specific faith tradition or an internal process, and has worked with clients of various religions and walks of life. Ms. So has a Master of Health Science from the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. She is happy to discuss any Coronavirus concerns related to your mental health.
